vision

Our vision is to improve the educational experiences, outcomes, and life options for black male students; who have been historically underserved in their school districts by not being represented in a place that plays a crucial role in building their racial identity. Changing the black man's internal pattern and external perception through education with scholarships, grants, funding, programs, and support.

Only 2% of educators in the classroom are black men. There is a racial gap that needs to be addressed. Districts need to hire the population being served. We know that you can't teach all students the same; you also can't have all students taught by the same demographic. We have an abundance of amazing black women in the classroom. However, the scarcity of black male teachers is an issue that creates a societal butterfly effect.
